1 · I want to rent a car

You drive. Open the lot → pick a car marked rent → pay with card (Stripe) → pick up when office confirms.

2 · I want to drive for money

You are the driver. 3-step apply. Need 5+ years driving and 5+ years mechanic (insurance). Default split 70% you / 30% JM after app fees.

3 · I own a car

You list it. Enter VIN → photos → choose rent, lease to a driver, or profit-share. Owner desk still approves people.

What about “I need a driver”?

That is different from renting the car alone:

Rent the car = you sit in the driver seat. Pay online. You drive away.
Need a ride / driver = someone else drives. Call the office or use AI help for current airport / transfer options. Not every day is offered the same way.
Drive for JM = you apply to be that driver using JM (or partner) cars.
